The SOLJET produces stunning graphics in 6 colors (CMYKLcLm) up to 1440 dpi. Piezo inkjet print heads and Roland's precision media movement ensure excellent results, even for long, oversize prints. The result is photo realistic reproduction of every detail of your image, from the gleam of metal, to the soft gradations of skin tones, to the vivid hues of tropical fruits.

Easy to Use Yet Durable

Low-volatility Roland SOL INK is easy and safe to use, yet produces high-fidelity graphics that are water and UV resistant for up to three years outdoors when used with Roland SOL MEDIA. SOL INK requires no special ventilation, drying or environmental equipment.Odor and drying time are minimal. SOL INK is packaged in convenient 220 cc cartridges for quick and easy replacement without loss of production.

Professional Color Management

Every SOLJET comes with Roland ColorChoice^®RIP (RCC) to ensure top-quality printing, including color management of your favorite Windows and Macintosh applications. RCC is a true Adobe^® PostScript^®3™ multi-platform RIP that includes a host of convenient functions, such as automatic layout and multiple copy printing, plus rotation and mirroring. Built-in ICC profiles pre-calibrated for SOL INK and SOL MEDIA make RCC the perfect partner for SOLJET, ensuring signmakers a completely integrated, factory solution for outdoor signage.

More Convenient Features

A pushbutton front panel and LCD display makes settings quick and easy. Also included, a translucent cover for observing printing while it happens and a translucent media flange that allows at-a-glance confirmation of the remaining media.

A Choice of Models

The SJ-600 prints signs, banners and vehicle wraps up to 63" wide, while the SJ-500 produces prints up to 53" wide. Print head height is adjustable to three levels to accommodate a wide range of substrates. Whether printed up to 1440 dpi for the highest quality photographic reproduction, or at low resolution for fast production speeds, graphics are ready to displayed as soon as they are finished printing. An optional motorized take-up reel facilitates unattended operation.

SOLJET Printer/Cutter Also Available

SOLJET SC-500 has contour cutting function which automatically cuts your design without having to reload or reposition the media. It can also function as a stand-alone vinyl cutter for sign or display production.
