Single Sheet Filing

This planfiling system hangs single sheets from self adhesive strips on triangular bars.

Equipment:
Self adhesive triangle hole strips in packs of 100 - A0, A1, A2, A3 sizes
Mobile trolley holding up to 1000 sheets
Inert polyethelene bags fit the system to hold artwork, film and such like
Racking - the system enables archival filing in any type racking using the triangle bars and self adhesive strips
Wall Hangers to hold up to 200 sheets
 

The single sheet system hangs each document separately on a self adhesive hanging strip from a triangular bar. The ideal system when large documents, maps, charts, posters, blueprints, plans are to be individually stored. Bags are also available for storing multi documents.

Wall Hanger

The wall hanger will carry up to 100 plans, maps, charts, drawings and outsize documents. All sizes fit the same wall hanger.

Bags / Pockets

Manufactured of industrial strength polythene with inert qualities. Will not sweat or absorb print. Bags come in 4 sizes and will carry weights from 3.5kg down to 2kg. Bags open on their top hanging edge. Bags are clear so contents easily identified. Side opening bags available in smaller sizes.

Dividers

Used to identify groups of documents and indexing in logical order.

Hanging Strips

The strips are self adhesive and made of industrial strength polyester with Triangle shaped holes. Strips will support up to 1kg in document weight. For laminates or heavier blueprint type documents, it is recommended two strips be used, one strip attached to each side of the document. Each strip is 250micron (.01 inches) thick.
Strips will peel off laminates and good quality paper after use. Strips come in 3 lengths and in packs of 100 strips. They are also available in 50 meter and 100 meter rolls on request. Peel off the protective layer from the adhesive and fix the strip to the short edge of the document. Press firmly to fix the adhesive. Snap the strip onto the triangular bar.

Triangular Bar

Strong and versatile. Made of aluminum, the bar is triangular in shape. The bar is common in all carriers, wall hangers and racking. The strip snaps on and it snaps off the bar and can be attached at any position on the bar without having to move other strips. Triangle bars are located at 170mm centers from each other.
